As a rural business, we had always struggled with our internet connection and this had a real impact on our business. Traditional internet suppliers had let us down for years and our growth was being restricted as a result.
In 2016 we discussed our options, one of which was HP Networks. Originally we were sceptical about our need for a dedicated line but the more we looked into it, the more sense it made. We worked with Paul to identify all the possible challenges with that in mind, we felt we could trust him to deliver on the agreed plan.
We have had our dedicated line in place for a year now and I struggle to remember how we managed without it. Our internal systems have improved, our CRM system works seamlessly, our mobile staff can easily link in remotely and we have improved our online presence and customer interaction.
McElmeel Motability Services are the UK and Ireland’s original converter and adapter of Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles. Providing excellent customer service is our key focus and our ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with our customers, staff and suppliers is essential. We have had no down time in the 12 months since installation and everything has been straight forward.
